SikaPlast®-1000 ES Water reducer cum accelerator for use in precast/ Paver industry for improvement of setting time and promoting accelerated hardening

Compatibility

SikaPlast®-1000 ES may be combined with many other Sika®  products.

Compatible with all types of cements and cementitious materials.

Important: Always conduct trials before combining products in specific mixes and combinations. Compatible with all types of cement and cementitious material

DISPENSING

SikaPlast®-1000 ES can be added into the mixing water or directly into the concrete mixer after 50 – 70% of the mixing water has been added.

The addition of SikaPlast®-1000 ES to dry aggregate or cement is not recommended.

To achieve optimum performance a minimum wet mixing time, which is depending on the mixing conditions and the mixer performance, of 60 seconds is recommended.
Consumption

Recommended Dosage

0.5% to 3.0% by weight of cement .Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality and quantity of cement, sand grading, W/C and ambient temperature.

Actual dosage to be finalised on the basis of site trials. Stir well before use.
