The Sales Manager is responsible for sales, collections, profitability, C-form collection. Managing distributors and implement Pro-Trade, Pro-Retail Strategy & Trade Schemes in the assigned territory. Also monitor and motivate the sales team in his/ her assigned area.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for sales, collection and profitability as defined by the Business Manager.
  • Execute entire sales process as per company policies.
  • Provide a monthly sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook.
  • To Monitor and Develop Distributor, Retailer and Applicator network in his territory.
  • Implement various trade schemes.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • BE Civil / B.Sc, with professional experience in relevant industry preferable.
  • Minimum sales experience of 8-10 years in the related field.
  • Personality with strong sales attitude and high level of self motivation.
