As a member of TM - Concrete, operating at Regional level, perform all strategic & business development activities in order to profitably grow the Business Unit Concrete within the company to a leadership position.


Scope of Position:

To work as a leader with local team members, e.g. Sales Managers & staff & in coordination with all related departments in India. To select & focus on the most attractive strategic target markets in the areas of Ready Mix, Infra Projects, Precast & Cement Plants.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse the potential & select key targets to ensure that plans turn into actions through an agreed qualitative & quantified actions plans.
  • Networking & Relationship building - supervise & provide strong support to existing & potential customers in all aspects of developing TM Concrete.
  • Ensure Sales / collection of payment, sales from targeted markets to generate above market growth & that the net result after costs provides an acceptable level of profit inline with budget. Achieve & improve market / customer penetration as per budget MWBIII.
  • Assume responsibility for delegated Key Accounts & Key Projects in conjunction with the Business Head - Concrete & Sales Manager.
  • Ensure application of TM Concrete know-how within the company & relevant sales & service organization. Ensure the promotional mix is matched to market needs.
  • Identify product requirements & extend necessary help to achieve product line simplification (PLS) through Tech Manager / Market field Manager / R&D Head / Marketing Department. Assure standardisation of portfolio & optimal Customer value in the most economical way.
  • Take responsibility for production of monthly & quarterly reports, as well as relevant business data for need of superiors.
  • Prepare and control the Concrete budget for the region in coordination with the Sales Manager & Business Head.
  • Ensure & maintain discipline at regional level. Initiate corrective actions where necessary. Ensure implementation of company’s 8 rules at branch level in his day to day works.
  • Perform and supervise special projects according to instructions from the Business Head Concrete or on own initiative.



BE / B.Tech - Civil Engineering +MBA



Minimum sales experience of 10+ years in the related field.
