Role & Responsibilities:

  • Punching sales orders in ERP after verifying agreed sale price and terms & conditions.
  • Coordinating with salespersons, customer and Finance dept for sales order clearance.
  • Following up with factories for dispatch dates of open sales orders and communicating the same to customers.
  • Following up with customers for payment collection.
  • Resolving and closing issues related to quality, rate differences and arranging timely replacement of damaged material.
  • Coordinating between Finance Dept and customers for LC, BG and ensuring timely submission of the same.
  • Sending daily MIS (Sales report and open SO report)
  • Sending separate ageing report/Outstanding report for Flooring BL
  • Preparing reports and presentation as per format provided by BL - Flooring
  • Providing complete after sales support to customers and sales team
  • BL MIS

 

Education:

Any graduate with professional experience in relevant field / industry preferable

 

Experience:

Minimum 6-8yrs experience in the construction chemicals / paints building materials & related field.
