PRINCIPAL  ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Prepare payroll and personnel w/t or other deduction for staffs ensure that the computerized personnel and payroll systems for staffs are properly maintained and up-to-date.
  2. Control and verify the time record for all employees
  3. Verify the employee's leave and records the data in the payroll system.
  4. Preparing and collecting payroll data for a monthly salary (overtime allowance) sent to supervisors.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personnel records.
  6.  Responsible all welfare system of the company. This includes personnel health insurance, accidental insurance and provident fund scheme.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personnel records.
  8. Handle the employee record, filing.
  9. Make good cooperation and   employee relationship   among   each department.
  10. Attendance record summary.
  11. Prepare monthly government form and submission.
  12. Other job assignment by HR Manager.
  13. Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of
