Usage

Available as substrate, in custom colours and in 10 Standard approximate RAL colours :

  • grey white: approx RAL 9001/9002

  • blue shade: approx RAL 5015

The colour of the Sikafloor®-330 has to be approximately adjusted to the colour of the Sikafloor®-305 W.

  • Synthetic resin screed material according to EN 13813:2002, Declaration of Performance 02 08 01 04 040 0 000001 1041, certified by notified factory production control certification body 0620, and provided with the CE marking.
  • Coating for surface protection of concrete according to EN 1504-2:2004, Declaration of Performance 02 08 01 04 040 0 000001 1041, certified by notified factory production control certification body 0620, and provided with the CE marking.
  • Fire classification according to EN 13501-1, Test reports 08-198 and 08-199, Ghent University
  • Cleanroom® suitable material as part of the Sika ComfortFloor® and Sika ComfortFloor® Pro systems. Fraunhofer IPA, Germany report no. SI 1008-533
  • Eurofins Emission tested according to the AgBB-scheme and guidelines of the DiBt (AgBB – Committee for Health-related Evaluation of Building Products, DiBt – German Institute for Building Technology). Storage Conditions

The product must be stored properly in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C.
Prolonged vibrations and higher ambient temperatures during transportation can result in settling of component A, which makes mixing more difficult. Prolonged storage at low temperatures can result in crystallizing of component B.

Application steps

MIXING

Prior to mixing, stir part A mechanically. When all of part B has been added to part A, mix continuously for 2 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved. To ensure thorough mixing pour materials into another container and mix again to achieve a consistent mix. Over mixing must be avoided to minimise air entrainment.

Mixing Tools

Sikafloor®-330 must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed electric stirrer (300 - 400 rpm) or other suitable equipment.

APPLICATION

Prior to application, confirm substrate moisture content, relative humidity and dew point.
Sikafloor®-330 is poured and spread evenly by means of a serrated trowel or pin rake. Once Sikafloor®-330 is “tack-free” apply the seal coat.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C immediately after use. Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
